Swimming...

Shadd went out of town for a week to see his family. Congratulations Duncan and Tobyn on your Graduations! We miss Shadd very much. It is so hard to be apart from him. We have to keep ourselves very busy so that we don't miss him more than we already do...After we dropped Shadd off at the airport we caught up with Amy and went swimming. Kenidee wasn't really a fan at first, but after getting used to the water and the big yellow floaty she loved splashing around.

Memorial Day!!

We had a fun holiday. We went to a couple of cemeteries in the morning, had sloppy joes at grandma's in the afternoon, and Shadd, Jason and Dad went float tubing in the evening. I love holidays!! They are always so fun!

Happy Mother's Day!

I didn't forget, I'm just really slow at getting things done. I just want to say Happy Mother's Day to my mom, Shadd's mom, our grandmas, aunts, cousins, and sisters!! We love you all. You are such a great example to us. Now, to brag about my mom a little bit... she is the greatest woman in the entire world! I am so grateful for all that she has done for me and my little family. She is always there for us and helps us anyway she can. Thanks Mom you're the best!!

The Birthday Festivities!!

We had lots of fun at Kenidee's Birthday Party. Thanks Everyone for coming. You are the greatest!! She was a little scared of standing on the bench, but this picture shows off the really cute outfit her daddy brought home from Washington DC...

At first she wasn't quite sure about the whole cake thing...she didn't even want to touch it!

But once Daddy got her to taste it...
