Well, It's apparent that thus far the Johnson Family only knows how to make one thing, and that is BABY GIRLS!!! We love our girls and couldn't be more excited to welcome girl #3 into our family. Up until this point Kenidee and Kailee have been very excited and determined that they were getting a little brother. Kenidee was even thinking of names for her brother...Because this pregnancy has been so different than the last two Shadd and I also thought we were going to get that little boy Shadd's been waiting for. We took the girls to the ultra sound with us and as they were setting up we prepared the tech by saying that they were expecting a brother. After she looked at the baby's head she went down the spine and straight to the bum. Shadd instantly looked at the monitor and said "that looks like a girl!" The tech happily responded "you're so right!" Kenidee looked at me and said "Mom, it was supposed to be a brother..."
After some convincing and talking excited about our new sister, Kenidee is very excited to be getting another sister and she tells everybody! Yesterday as we were going to my mom and dad's she said that she wanted to tell Grandma her secret...she then said, "I guess it's not a secret anymore, she already knows we're having a sister..."
Thus far in the Pregnancy I am 22 weeks along. Our due date is February 22, 2013. I am still nauseous and wanting to throw up most of the time. Occasionally I have a day where I feel great, but most days I'm nauseous, have a headache, and am extremely tired. The last few weeks I have also had a miserable time with carpel tunnel in both wrists and hands. My hands hurt most of the time and go numb frequently. At night, I wake up a thousand times due to their numbness or pain. Wearing hand braces helps to relieve it quite a bit. So here's to hoping that I either start to feel better or the next 4 months go by super fast!
Since we are keeping up with our "girl trend" we might as well keep up with the "K" names and have a Johnson Family KKK...Our new little girls name is going to be..."Kambree"!
